IN THE EVENT OF EMERGENCY REQUEST CALL (702) 798-6565 MAINTENANCE REQUEST AND WORK ORDER
Tenant accepts all regulations per their Lease/Rental Agreement highlighted below: Per the Lease/Rental Agreement, Tenant is responsible for the first $75.00 per incident of all repairs with the exception of ONLY: roofs, water heaters, air conditioning/heating systems, garbage disposal replacement, main line sewer blockage, and range/oven. Tenant shall be responsible for all sewer and drain cleaning as well as subsequent repairs. All glass, doors and screens are the responsibility of the Tenant for repairs or replacement. Any unauthorized expenditures by Tenant will not be reimbursed. Tenant must make every effort to cooperate with workmen and/or service providers. Tenant will be responsible for service call fees for missed appointments or nuisance calls. If contractor deems damage or faulty operation is the result of dirty, absent or improper use, Tenant will be fully responsible for the repair cost. The charge for this service will be added to the monthly rent, due on the 1st day of each subsequent month. Tenant must report ALL types of maintenance issues promptly to USA Property Management to avoid future damage as a result of neglect.
