This program along with our excellent accounting staff, and the integrity of USA Real Estate and Property Management Team, assured you of accurate monthly statements. The monthly statements are a comprehensive, detailed and easy to understand accounting of all income and expenses pertaining to your property(s). Each statement is accompanied with all the invoices and back up receipts and a year to date total. The monthly statement are mailed out along with your monthly check on the 15th of each month. RENTAL POLICIES AND PROCEEDURES In order to insure a successful management of your property(s), one of the most important aspects is to properly manage the tenants. To do this USA Real Estate and Property Management Team has established certain polices and procedures that give us the best results which includes but not limited to the following: 1. Posting a Tenant requirements form on our Web Site. 2. Requiring all perspective tenants to physically inspect the property prior to filing an application. 3. After all the above criteria has been met USA Real Estate and Property Management Team sets up an appointment for all applicants to come into the office and fill out and sign a rental/lease agreement. All rental/lease agreements are presented to the owner/investor for approval along with all the appropriate data and information. If you approve the lease and tenant, USA Real Estate and Property Management Team sets an appointment to meet with your new tenant at the property to do a comprehensive and detailed pre-move in walk-through. This is to document the pre-move in condition before any keys are given to the tenant.
