USA Real Estate and Property Management Team is a family owned and operated business with over 50 years of combined experience and commitment to higher standards.

Frances R. Cox, Broker and C.E.O. of USA Real Estate and Property Management Team, is one of the first brokers to be licensed by the Nevada Real Estate Division in 1971, as well as one of the first brokers to become a Licensed Property Manager. At that time, Las Vegas was still a small town where a nice home could be bought for about $50,000.

Frances has remained active in all areas of the real estate industry, including managing over 3,000 single-family homes and condominiums in community homeowners sssociations for over 12 years, before opening her own office as USA Real Estate and Property Management Team.

Soon after founding USA Real Estate and Property Management Team, Frances' daughters, Donna Bombard, Realtor and Property Management Executive, and Trina Stanfield, Licensee and Property Manager, joined the team. Together with a dedicated staff, they make an outstanding professional team dedicated to serving their clients' needs with friendly, professional and prompt service.

For years, Frances, Donna and Trina had heard homeowners and tenants voice their concerns about their needs not being met, lack of communication, not doing the job, questionable integrity, and poor customer service. Knowing what was needed, they built USA Real Estate and Property Management Team on a solid commitment to PROFESSIONALISM, INTEGRITY, COMMITMENT AND DEDICATION, which they provide consistently to all.
